Yomali Central meetup in Cyprus

There are many benefits to having a global, diverse, distributed workforce.  

We collaborate over Slack, Zoom, Teams and the Google Suite.  Open, honest communication with short feedback-loops is key to everything we do.  

But nothing replaces connecting face-to-face and bonding together.

Every team member gets at least two opportunities every year to travel to an exotic location for a team-gettogether.  

This year, the Yomali Central team met in beautiful Cyprus, for an unforgettable three day event.  The meeting brought together Yomali Central HR, Dev and Finance.

We bonded over social games, brainstormed the next phase of our evolution, rode ATVs, sailed a majestic yacht and enjoyed curated lunches and dinners.  

Every time we host an event like this, we reaffirm our commitment to doing it more - Giving everyone a chance to meet face-to-face with other team members we work with.
